**What do you like best about aspenONE PIMS Platinum?**

This software is used for the refinery planning and scheduling which gives an idea of what quality and when to procure the petroleum and other raw materials. And in the latest version we got the complex algorithms which fit in the model very well.

**What do you dislike about aspenONE PIMS Platinum?**

The software needs a hands on knowledge of the planning and scheduling field and good understanding of market. The software also consists of the interface which is little bit difficult to operate sometimes.

**Recommendations to others considering aspenONE PIMS Platinum:**

Have some knowledge for current market scenario and the planning and scheduling of crude oil.

**What problems is aspenONE PIMS Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we want to plan the production or processing of the crude derivatives, this software becomes very helpful for the procurement of crude oil and also helps to schedule the processes.

Sophisticated analytics feature which has been added in the platinum version is the best. Mainstream planning and management tools associated with chemical process industries are really helpful for the refineries and chemical industries.

**What do you dislike about aspenONE PIMS Platinum?**

Nothing in particular but regular update is required for removal of bugs and software changes.

**What problems is aspenONE PIMS Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assay management and associated analysis with respect to refinery. Margin optimization and planning of the feedstocks to optimize relaibility and profitability.
