What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

The product is very scalable, has an effective GUI and the support staff are both prompt and knowledgable. The product seems to be continue to be updated and offer new features that are in line with business trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aspect Workforce?

The Alvaria Community page, while helpful, is extremely busy and leads to occasional navigation frustrations. I would strongly recommend employing someone that can give it more of a design-centric layout that maintains the breath of information available but in a more concise, natural way. Additionally, for the Discussion Topics, it would be nice to develop a list of common tags that the user would select at least two from when starting a new topic. This would help the search function to return more relevant post. It would be nice to couple this with a way to suggest new tags that could periodically be reviewed by your team and added when appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

This application has fantastic tools to manage the workforce globally without keeping an eye on everyone. Every company has three lines of defense and this application manages all employees in a better way. You do not need to keep everything in excel. This application is easy to use for those employees of companies who face customer service to provide solutions that are scalable, secure and optimize customer service work. What do you dislike about Aspect Workforce?

lacking in managing true headcount and long-term operation plan. This tool needs major improvement as per the current standard so that we can optimize operation workflow and increase the productivity of the company. Any real-time changes on the application lags. It automatically gets logoff within a certain period of time which should not be the case as the shift cell works for 8-9 hours a day/ 5 days a week. The application has a refresh button but this web-based application is stuck after 2-3 hours. The major drawback is it's a web-based application. Need to provide more drop-down options rather than selecting items one by one. maintaining groups for certain departments where changes happen to thousands of employees simultaneously is a tedious task if we compare it with NICE application works better on this. What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

automated schedule management process that enables employees to request time off, overtime, NPT etc and a scheduling and forecasting module that is super awesome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

soemtimes configuring certain module takes a lot of time and gets complex but sensitive tool like Aspect is expected to have such configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aspect Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

its solves my biggest problem ie now employees use automated schedule management feature of aspect to requets for time off, overtime and non productive time. also the scheuling module helps my schedulers to plan for quarterlly rollovers and forecasting module helps me to generate short term forecast for my programs. What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

Alvaria workforce is extremely easy to use. The way that it is organized it allows for easy configuration of the system. I've used other systems that are not as easy to maneuver between each module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aspect Workforce?

The thing that I'm not a fan of is that it is not customizable. What you get out of the box is what needs to be used. Every company has it's own obstacles that can't be fixed with an out-of-the-box product. It would be nice to be able to make a few changes that would help our company move forward. What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

The most useful was the Intradaytimeline, same can be given when creating trial schedules so that adjusting breaks in base schedules will be easy, other than this its fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When considering Alvaria with other workforce systems, ensure you compare each and every ability of Alvaria to the other systems. What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

Outside the product offering, I can't say enough positive about their support structure for pre-launch, launch and post-launch. Truly one of the best experiences I have had with a company in my 30-year career. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

Options for on prem remain and the platform has many options to fit what your business may need. A one sized fits all approach isn't taken and their team can walk you through what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Entry level technical support teams are offshore and at times can be slow on the uptake of the scope of the issue or require large research periods to identify issues. Previous support teams located in Brentwood apppeared to be much more knowledgable of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

Reports are relatively easy to setup as well set shortcuts for repeated use. Good assortment of export formats to fit different data requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aspect Workforce?

The interface is not the best to navigate. I've had to keep the help guide open on regular basis to find where to go. not a fan of all the windows popping up. Other WFM Softwates have a leg up on the GUI. Also because we are multi skilled we have not been successful in setting up forecasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

The user interface is easy to navigate. You can quickly pick up the navigation element and find what you need without much prior knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software can't be altered to suit personal preferences. For example, "Save As" for exporting reports always defaults to a format I never use instead of CSV with column headers - which I always use. Having to repeatedly change fields from the default setting is unnecessarily time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
