What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

There's nothing to really like about this software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aspect Workforce?

It is clunky and unintuitive. I doubt the creators use it themselves. If it could sync with other applications that'd be great. It seems to have bells and whistles without functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Aspect Workforce:

Look at other stuff first. Minimize in the long run software that works quickly is more useful than software that does too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aspect Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling agents. It does allow me to account for agents time and it allows them to manage their own time and when they use pto. It works well time accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the ease of readability of the reports and the options given to view schedules in WFO Dashboard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the increased steps that need to be taken on certain task, i.e. the increased number of steps for the start or end of Daylight savings; and the Aspect Training courses, if you complete the course, your transcript doesn't show the completion.
