What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

Aspect is an easy to use utility to submit requests for days off, and at a glance it's easy to see what your schedule will be, and alter it in a moment. You can also see adherence to scheduling guidelines, and view the schedules of those on your team as well, to see overall PTO availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aspect Workforce?

This tool doesn't work well outside of internet explorer. Certain aspects of Aspect work within google Chrome but the ability to request days, or use any of the widgets seem to be disabled. Chrome compatibility is a big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Aspect Workforce:

Ensure that your company functions on a Windows platform, as this doesn't work too well in many other browsers outside of internet explorer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aspect Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to easily communicate vacation requests within a customer service environment, and to manage our schedule with many different code offerings. Submitting time off is a breeze, and the communication with supervisors is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Real Time Adherence is not as good as Impact 360 or ad hoc reporting I would also like better tools to see what is going into the average and historical + Growth rate forecasting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Schedule Summary doesn't have all Detail Segments selected by default, and there's a limitation on how many can be selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aspect Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm responsible for scheduling 60+ appointments on a weekly basis. Being able to drop the entire staff's schedules into Excel to plan around everyone's schedules has been very helpful. What do you like best about Aspect Workforce?

It's very intuitive and also nice to view compare to other tools that are just old and gray. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometime it is pretty slow and also it remembers old pw on browser, you have to delete cookies in order to sign back in with a password update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Forecasting isn't quite accurate. With our business, our calls fluctuate from year to year and Aspect takes into consideration the past 2 years call volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
