It is difficult to download and access call logs in the version. Its also poor as crashing problems are never resolved by Aspect Support. The plug and play feature prove harmful, for managers and quality assurance personnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much that I can come up with to dislike. However, there is a learning curve that you need to get over. I was pretty daunted by its flexibility and literal lack of knowledge of the tool. Has all the features you need to run a complex contact center environment. Forecasting, Scheduling and Real Time Management all in one tool.
