**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I like the quick response from AskNicely, which allows customers to be honest and truly express how they feel about our service. The format makes it easy for them to fill out, without worrying about hurting someone's feelings. It's easy to understand and navigate, making the setup extremely easy. Also, Aston Ashley has been a tremendous help.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I find the app could be improved when it comes to sending shout outs. I wish it was a little simpler to send shout outs to different departments or service technicians once a customer fills out a survey with a great rating. It would be nice if we could just select the person or department and send it out directly.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AskNicely to identify problems with our service. It ensures prompt communication and allows customers to honestly express satisfaction or issues without feeling bad. They can speak truthfully and write their feedback, helping us maintain or improve service quality.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I like how in-depth the data analytics can go and how thoroughly the system analyzes feedback. The data breakdowns can be as specified as I want them to be and have been very helpful in determining what to focus on. AskNicely allows us to see how each location is doing in comparison, as well as an analysis of our team members to identify areas needing more attention. The setup was fully supported by AskNicely representatives to make it go by as quickly and efficiently as possible. AskNicely also had the extra tools and data points needed to gain deeper and clearer insights into our company.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I think AskNicely does have a few technical bugs here and there that can disrupt data analysis, but nothing detrimental. Sometimes data will duplicate or go missing due to patient error or systematic error, but this does not happen frequently.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskNicely helps identify key issues and weaknesses, allowing detailed analytics and feedback analysis. It provides insights into operational performance across locations, helping us focus on areas needing attention.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I am using AskNicely for surveying my customers, and it's simple to use and requires low effort for responses. Their AI automatic responses are very helpful. It's easy to analyze and act on. They have a great support team who are always there for you to help. The initial setup was pretty easy, and their onboarding team was very supportive.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I find that the ability to attach screenshots to the messages would be a great option. When customers share feedback and include screenshots for better context, I can't currently review them easily. This makes it harder to fully understand the issue or the situation they are describing. In addition, when I reply to customers to explain that a requested feature is already available, it would be helpful to attach a screenshot showing where and how they can find it. That would make the responses clearer.

AskNicely helps me track customer satisfaction, measure service quality, and get feedback on priorities. It's simple to use, requires low effort for responses, and is easy to analyze. Their AI automatic responses and supportive team are also beneficial.

I like how easy it is to send surveys with AskNicely. I also appreciate how it gathers the responses efficiently, which helps in maintaining a satisfactory customer experience from beginning to end.

I'd like an easier way for it to delete five out of the 50 contacts that I have instead of doing it one by one. It's annoying to have to go through each contact individually when I don't want certain contacts surveyed at that time.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I like AskNicely because it's very easy to use and has a friendly interface. The surveys are easy to create and edit, enabling me to use a single survey with minor modifications for different customers and gather all the information I need. The UI is intuitive, making it straightforward to add contacts and manage surveys.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I think there might be ways to make survey results more easy to find and group depending on certain characteristics. Maybe adding a field for tags in case there are surveys that need to be grouped. For example, if I use the same survey for different customers in different departments, a field that can help me access them based on the tag I assign.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AskNicely for Net Promoter Score surveys. It helps me gather firsthand information on customer sentiment, service reliability, and support feedback. The platform is user-friendly, allows for easy survey creation and edits, and is intuitive to set up, making my work straightforward.

I like that AskNicely is sent directly to clients at random, and it's very easy for them to read and follow. There's also an option for clients to leave a free text comment, which is great because it allows them to express themselves in their own words. It's also tailored to suit people with a disability, giving clients choice and control, allowing them more options to speak up. Additionally, the initial setup of AskNicely was very easy.

We can simply input our focus areas and the questions are auto-generated for us. I find it valuable that we can pin-point areas of improvement at each location. I also appreciate that it’s a better platform than what we used before, allowing us to reach more customers. The initial setup was easy because it was set up for us.

When you receive a detractor response, a comment should be required. It's important to identify why someone has a rating they did.

It is really easy to use. There is a lot of depth and a huge suite of options to refine, compare, contrast etc if you are looking for deep analysis but also a really nice simple interface showing core information if you want to use it simply or as a department manager

When we receive bad review with the comment, it is supper easy to communicate with the team through internal notes. 
We can open cases and try to win back the customer with the quick email as well and close the cases when finish.

I love how simple and easy it is to set up AskNicely, making the initial start smooth without complications. The support I receive, especially from Jason and the team, has been outstanding and consistent throughout our relationship. I also appreciate how AskNicely helps us understand and engage with our customers, ensuring they are highly involved. The dashboard is very helpful, and I enjoy receiving notifications on my phone and desktop, which allows me to quickly address any issues, keeping everything running smoothly. Natalie Brookes, our account manager, is fantastic in setting up meetings and providing continuous system improvement ideas, enhancing the overall experience.

The integration with Salesforce wasn't perfect, which affected our initial experience. Additionally, there is a need for continual training and improvement in how we use the system.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The platform is well set out, the features are great, the ability to connect with feedback/ratings given, and generally really easy to use. 

I really like the ability to see customer/participant rating history to enable us to understand when their experience has shifted positive or negative.  Enables you to really look into the causation in the background while reviewing the ratings, comments and data.

The people behind the platform are great as well - open to constructive feedback and improvements along with being helpful with what you are trying to achieve.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

This is kind of hard.  The help feature is good, could have some improvements, but that's probably more of a 'me' issue.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us it's about getting genuine customer/participant feedback on the service we are providing.  Understanding their experience, where/when it changes since we can see feedback history and ultimately gives us the opportunity to review improvements with our customer/participant.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

Each member of the team has supported me in getting the most value out of AskNicely.  I have biweekly calls checking in on my initiatives using customer feedback, and get additional ideas and support on how to leverage the tool.  Many ideas are ones I wouldn't have thought of and aids in the business seeing the value of all of the customer input.  Questions are answered quickly and there hasn't been a time I didn't feel up to date about the product, even with AskNicely constantly coming out with new features and functionality!

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It can be difficult to keep up with the logistics of accurate data input to AskNicely.  The platform itself organizes the customer information exactly as it should, but the upkeep up a location consolidating or a leader of a region changing results in a fair amount of work internally to keep the data accurate that is sent to AskNicely.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NPS is a valuable metric for our orgnanization.  The way it is gathered now is the number, but we're left with "so what?".  Ask Nicely will provide the NPS metric, and opportunities to take action based on the incoming feedback.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I love that AskNicely surveys our customers at the onset of a claim and at the end. This gives us the opportunity to read surveys and correct any issues or concerns that they may have early on. The platform is also very user friendly and the customer service team is readily available and helpful in the implementation and throughout the use of the platform. I appreciate how well they explain and review our usage to look for ways we can get more use out of the system.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

One of the downsides is that we can't (yet) integrate the data with our API's so that we can export data and create tables to show our executives. This is still a manual process which I hope will be available at some time in the future.

It captures information about our process early on and it will highlight areas of opportunity and individual contributors who need more direction.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely is super easy to use for those that get the survey.  It is completely customizable with our logos and the surveys come back to us instantly once filled out.  Customer service is always ready to help with any questions that we have (which tend to be a lot because we use this application every day).

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Sometimes the back end is a little time consuming to set up specific work flows.  At times I also wish that there was more customizable features for our users and dashboards to better suit the needs of our organization.

Helps us really find out what our members like and don't like.  At times sometimes people don't know how to voice concerns, but we get a lot of feedback on things that we can improve that we don't always hear otherwise.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

At Walker & Dunlop, there is nothing we value more than our NPS score. I have used many Saas platforms in the past, and Ask Nicely is simply the best. Here are a few of our favorite things about Ask Nicely.
1) The portal is very easy to use and offers self-service for almost everything. 
2)The AI-generated reports are an incredibly valuable way to get the sentiment of your NPS and drive actions down to the individual client
3) Simply the best thing about Ask Nicely is the level of customer support they offer. Breanne is amazing. She will respond to my questions within minutes and has meets regularly to not only help me strategize, but to show me how to use the new features, and there are a lot to take advantage of.

Super helpful support team that help you understand the basics and provide you with the understanding of how to use. Basic to use and the support team are there with you for the implementing stage. We use it every day and have been for the past year. the features keep getting better and theres a number of stuff we haven't even touched yet! The tech team are up to date and always love to improve the platform anyway they can.

there is not a lot to dislike! I don't have any bugbears that come to mind.

We have a way to collect customer feedback and also our NPS. We can pinpoint where we need to improve and see if something needs to keep happening!

New AI features (Insights and questions/prompts) have been great for soliciting more feedback and reviewing it effortlessly. Additionally, The advanced reporting capabilities (Spotlight View and Trend Report) have really made the tool more valuable for us. We used to export this information to do the same thing, but now it's all built right into the tool.

No built-in Jira integration - hopefully this will come soon!

We are from Australia so sometimes there is a delay in response; however, they have put on a local manager in NZ now so there is no problems with delays.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

As a medical device company, providing high level support to our customers in effort to improve the patient experience is our primary focus. AskNicely has been instrumental in our journey to identifying customer needs and improving the patient experience. The platform is incredibly easy to navigate, allowing for easy data and metric tracking, case management and multidepartmental feedback analysis. Additionally, the integration with our CRM was incredily smooth and took very little time to set-up. 

From the inital consult and beyond, the AskNicely team has provided exceptional insight and a level of support that far surpasses other survey companies tried previously by my organization.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It would be great to have digital education videos and/or a webinar showcasing how to maximise data reporting and metric generation!

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskNicely is helping us identify customer training gaps as well as a greater understanding of how to improve our current medical device(s). This direct feedback is instrumental as we continue to adapt our porduct to the needs of our customers.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I had a really great experience with implementing asknicely. We had specific instructions and while we have an ancient CRM we still have a very easy integration to the system. The system itself is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to set up my surveys with the assistance of their fabulous customer support and have tweaked and modified them with their ongoing suggestions and support. I monitor the surveys every day, getting feeds directly to Teams, giving me ease of access and an instant notification for when my reviews come in. 

Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better team to work with.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I haven't found anything, and I've had the software for nearly a year. Any time I have a question or support issue, I've been helped immediately. Issues are never showstoppers. Once was a hiccup with the teams integration (which has been solid since my initial issue) and another was just making sure I had set something up correctly.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are consulting and support, so we would close tickets and never know how the experience was for our clients unless they reached out to us directly. This gives us insight to help address the highs and the lows of our ticket responses now, and we're learning more about our customers in the process. We're also adjusting the way we work in relation to the feedback. It's been invaluable.

AskNicely is a great business tool to enable us to recieve customer feedback, It allows me to identify both positive and negative customer experiences and how to drive staff training sessions accordingly.
I love being able to show staff great reviews and scores and often run monthly competitions with staff to see who gets the best results.
It also encoirages staff to sign up new customers to our loyalty programmes.

Nothing that I have noticed yet, 
Probably the only downside is that not every customer recieves a survey, we could provide outstanding customer service to someone and they may not recieve a survey, therefore unable to provide positive feedback.

As mentioned before, it allows the customer to provide feedback which in turn helps with staff training.

The queue / send UI could be a little better by having greater control of which surveys get sent and when. Some of the reporting could benefit from more variety too.

No option for customers to correct the review unless they are sent another link by management.

AskNicely is extremely easy to use and syncs well with our current CRM.  I like that it makes it easy for our customers to reply, while also allowing us many options for reporting and sorting data.  We have a very helpful customer support rep who meets with us regularly to find ways to make our experience even better.

I think beyond surveys, its hard to garner more information.  We can only send the survey so many times, and many do not respond.

We are trying to get on top of client relations by proactively asking customers how we are doing.  We also want ways to find new leads or lead generators.

Good day, as a user of Asknice.ly for over four years I would have to say that the software is user friendly, this is the key for a outstanding product – simplicity.  The product has come a long way as well, for my own personal and business use the different add-on new components have taken it to new heights.  For example, the trend report provides me with an overview  of insights to my promoters and detractors, a summary of the largest increases and what made the difference is intuitive.  I would also say that creating your own survey and having the ability to change it ad hoc is a huge performance enhancement.  A great product all around.  Thank you!

The ability to speak to an engineer right away.

The onboarding support is excellent. They make sure AskNicely works the way you want it to and keep tweaking it until it does. Once it is set up it is easy to use and just runs by itself. It has a ton of features, many of which we don't utilize, but for larger businesses they would be very helpful. We use AskNicely daily although it is fully integrated into our software so it just does its thing and we get the weekly reports.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The cost. It is relatively expensive for our use case, but we also haven't found an out-of-the-box solution that is significantly less expensive.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It measures our NPS score and CSAT scores so we know what our clients/customers think of us. This is also a good proxy for how stressed the team is. As the adage goes what is measured improves.

NPS is extremely important in our industry of work. Our CSMs Nicole and Zandri have provided us with a great level of support. They regularly catch up with our business to understand areas within our NPS that need assistance and provide solutions to assist us in achieving our goals.

In addition to the magnificient support, The ease of use to intergrate Asknicely into our CRM makes it easy for any business. It is literally a plug in system. The UI is easy on the eye and very easy to navigate around. I use Asknicely's console every day.

I would like to see more customisation in the console.

Customer response rate - We want to improve the % of engagement from our customers on the surveys which our CSMs have helped us improve. They review our current set up and provide suggestions based on AI analysed data.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I really like how easy AskNicely is to use and how dynamic it can be to fit the solution you are looking for. It calls out negative feedback right away so you can address it but also gives you the positive feedback as well, and keeps it fresh. Their customer service team is excellent as well.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I think the only downside I see so far is that customers might be less likely to respond to an email that doesn't come from a contact they know, so it's easier for them to breeze past it. Though, we can just let them know to expect it and ask them to complete it for us and see if that helps.

It's helping get a general pulse on how we are doing with our customers, which will show us how we can improve, which is a huge benefit so we can continue to do our best and meet our customers where they need us to be.

The customer support team are fast to respond and able to help with my enquiries whilst I'm learning how to use the software. I also love the AI technology that they have implemented this year.

It can be difficult to identify why a survey hasn't been sent, i.e. what the error is.

The dynamic insights allow us to gain a deeper understanding of customer pain points, so that in turn we can use this to help solve problems within the business and provide our customers with better experiences.
