**What do you like best about Neo?**

I love how simple it is to connect with our customers! We launched our SMS program with Neo to be a customer service channel but it has quickly transformed into our best and most lucrative marketing channel.

**What do you dislike about Neo?**

The interface is a little slow and along with the infancy of the product comes some lite hiccups and features that we so desperately need. Fortunately, their entire team is ON POINT and always SUPER helpful going above and beyond.

**What problems is Neo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to connect instantly with our customers and sell more goods via normal and genuine conversations.
The ability to have authentic conversations that are not sales related almost always lead to more sales. Its the value in our education and Neo gives us this opportunity to use our voice.
