The calendar tool has the functionality to consolidate multiple panel interviewers' schedules. Engineers in particular appreciate the kanban view and don't have any trouble navigating around the system. ### 8. Any time I have a feature request, they're already on top of it or willing to listen to what we want to see and take feedback. **What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're partnering with another tool that we use for headcount management and that will be a game changer! ### 9. I appreciate that their team gets back to me about all my inquiries big or small. I also like that both inbound and outbound are included in one ATS, and the Ashby Chrome Extention and integration with LinkedIn is a godsend. **What do you dislike about Ashby?** There's definitely a slight learning curve, especially with the analytics and dashboards, but that comes with onboarding any new tool. All the little customizations like Interview Plans or adding a new column in the inbound/outbound pipelines can be a bit confusing, but nothing that's not possible to figure out. **What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ashby is solving what used to be a stale ATS ecosphere by creating a customizable, interactive, intuitive ATS system for SMBs. ### 10. It's also nice to be able to make specific dashboards for different users with different access. **What do you dislike about Ashby?** I find Ashby difficult to use unless you're very familiar with the product. So we have a lot of features that we could make better use of but don't do to the complexity of set up. Also, the Lever integration doesn't always seem to pull data 1 for 1. **What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ashby helps me access the data I need to know quickly so that I can share that information with stakeholders.
