It has great support for ticket management and assignment. It also helps in scanning endpoint and automates the process of scanning. **What do you dislike about ASGARD Mangement Center?** Support should be improved. It has some security issues which should be fixed by Asgard team. It also slows up and hangs. Except this overall experience with Asgard is good. **What problems is ASGARD Mangement Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has simplified incident creation and assignment of incidents. It also helps for endpoint security. we can customise priority work using ASGARD which is making this task easier to work on. ### 2. Additionally, they require specialized technical knowledge and training to operate, which can make them difficult to use for non-technical users. **What problems is ASGARD Mangement Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us to check the downtime of application in production.Also it helped us in Registry collection, Quarantine, Memory collection and File collection. ASGARD is also bind with virtual appliance and Unix,Microsoft Windows, Linux, AIX, MacOS ,kali Linux,HPC,ubantu and other open Platform as well.with the help on single ASGARD Management Center can control multiple endpoints ,scan control and connect to multiple endpoint smoothly.best feature is we can take any system console very quick basis and fast and also run any kind of complex script and record session for future references for as well. **What do you dislike about ASGARD Mangement Center?** While taking console of endpoint it may take more time and i also obsereved forexcute any kind of scripts or command not providing much help if we stuck in anywhere. **Recommendations to others considering ASGARD Mangement Center:** ASGARD Management is a handy tool for managing multiple origins virtually and execute any script of quirmentment basis and also helpful on email alerts and reporting **What problems is ASGARD Mangement Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can intreagte with multiple endpoints devices so we can manage entire endpoint very effiecient basis and also do the nesecarry changes very quick basis and resolve user issue asap. ### 8. Replaced with another tool GEMS. In Asgard tool, it was very easy to manage and silence any alerts to avoid unwanted email/alerts/notification when any activity is going on that particular server. Best part I liked is that very easy to create silence window for any servers. Suppose I am going to work on set of servers and during change, the servers might get rebooted multiple times and due to which alerts can be triggered multiple times. So to avoid such unwanted alerts, very easy to create silence window of the specific time frame. Just need to specify reason, time frame, asset name as hostname/servers. The silence window would be created for that particular time frame. **What do you dislike about ASGARD Mangement Center?** During I use, I did not realise any disadvantage of using that tool. But due to some security reason in current organization, got decommissioned and replaced with another tool. **What problems is ASGARD Mangement Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us to avoid of getting unwanted alerts on the specified assets. Once specified and silence window is created for the frame, we won't be getting unwanted alerts. ### 9.
