They were one of the first truly Cloud offerings and have grown immensely in a short period of time. Their products are backed by the best technology support group I have ever seen. **What problems is Aryaka Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We first obtained their base SD-WAN product to resolve latency and stability issues on a WAN link to our China location (from the US). Smart connect solution would give you the possibility to interconnect your office around the globe, via Aryaka devices, using a VPN. This connection should optimize the connection and security. We have been using Smart connect for a couple of months. **What do you dislike about Aryaka Networks?** Unfortunately the proof of concept didnt give the results expected. The connection between 2 of our sites was not optimal. It reduces the load on our internal and limited human resource tremendously. Managed Services of Aryaka are extremely effective due to the direct communication with experts without the annoying escalation steps other telco carriers enforce. **What do you dislike about Aryaka Networks?** While the MyAryaka portal is quite nice, a analytics tool and API interface is missing. Aryaka has allowed us to get data from Japan in almost real time information for our customer portal. Bringing on new locations with MPLS use to be a 4-6 month process.
