The dashboard should include a feature that allows me to track which specific leads have responded positively to my emails. This will help me accurately measure each campaign's response rate. The current method of calculating the response rate includes leads that have replied, "Remove me from your mailing list," and these replies should not be factored into the campaign's conversion rate.
