We made a rather late in the game decision to change benefits after our current provider had a significant increase. We had a tight timetable already - and then COVID hit with a 6-1 deadline and our office working from home.  Our broker went above and beyond to make it as simple as possible, always answering our questions which were many.

**What do you like best about Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.?**

Customer focus--we implemented at the beginning of COVID and they went above and beyond for us.

**What do you dislike about Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.?**

Just wish they were closer to us geographically.

**Recommendations to others considering Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.:**

Do not hesitate to consult with them. Be open to their recommendations.

**What problems is Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to get better coverage for our employees with competitive pricing. We were not using a broker and they were invaluable to us.

We have worked with AJG for the past year on benefits including 401k and life insurance. the team is very helpful and insightful. they are able to provide you with solutions to your needs such as our open benefit. We have been on a tight timeline and they were able to get it done for us with as much information possible

**What do you like best about Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.?**

the customer service is very insightful and responsive, they will usually get back to you within the next day or so.

**What do you dislike about Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.?**

I have no cons at this moment, the service provided as been so far so good.
