Very intuitive, and responsive: love how quickly things like production estimates update as I adjust system sizing or panel placement. The Loom videos in the knowledge base are excellent. Specific and clear titles, videos are short and to the point. I feel my time being valued across the platform. But beyond how easy it is to start using the platform, I can tell that it's built out to support me as I move beyond the basics, and has the structure to let me go as in-depth as I need while building my proposals. We've been blown away by Artemis! The AI design return is instant and seamless, and the workflow looks like it will save a ton of time compared to manual roof design. While I can build designs myself, the other day a layout came back a little off due to heavy shading. I hadn’t even tried the manual roof build tools yet, but I hopped on their integrated support chat and within six minutes they completely re-built the roof for me.
