## ArtBase Reviews
  ### 1. Negative ArtBase Review, program needs change

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fine Art | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about ArtBase?**

I liked that the program had an autosave function, however this was also part of it's downfall as it would make it difficult to revert any mistakes that my coworkers would make.

The search function in this program was very useful and more accurate than the search function on Art Logic (an ArtBase competitor).

**What do you dislike about ArtBase?**

The interface is outdated, the program itself crashes regularly, it is difficult to recover any lost data.

**What problems is ArtBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ArtBase was useful as a platform for keeping storage up to date in an art gallery. The only only benefit is that it can be used by multiple people at a time. We actually made the switch to Art Logic this year which is able to do this and more.

  ### 2. The best management software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel L. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2019

**What do you like best about ArtBase?**

It is an excellent software that basically saves you a lot of time and you can manage your company in the best way:
It is very simple to generate and send your invoices, perform any type of advertising and offer via email, make my shipments, and the great tool to link to my website.

**What do you dislike about ArtBase?**

It is a bit more expensive than the others, although it is really worth it, it has a little delay in entering information for the records, but in general terms of functionality it is very good.

**Recommendations to others considering ArtBase:**

A very advanced technology to manage and track my clients' collections, allows me to produce lists, record reports and documents for my clients.

**What problems is ArtBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the best, it is an easy to use solution that could be used by any collector. It collects and stores information in a very easy and useful way. It has an ex technical support
