Arreya Digital Signage Suite Reviews & Product Details

I have researched and demoed dozens of signage solutions and Arreya is the best overall solutions I have found. It's very easy to get up and running, even someone with little or no experience can master the software quickly. It's affordable no matter the size of your organization. And when support is needed, or you just want to ask a question, access to the support team is almost immediate and extremely helpful. Also, the support videos are excellent and I would recommend reviewing them before calling support. They will probably answer your question. I have worked with digital signage software since 1988, and purchased several different solutions over the years, but Arreya is by far the best and most affordable I have used. Scheduling can be a little challenging but is a minor issue, as far as overall satisfaction. Once you understand scheduling it is a snap to create schedules. I would like to see a better way to organize media content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Arreya works really well for several exhibit and signage projects I have designed because of the flexibility of the platform. I can upload native .ai files, which saves additional steps in uploading content. I also really appreciate that the presentations download completely into Chrome and update automatically I am able to push updates remotely and avoid interruptions in user experiences when WiFi connections are disrupted. This same download function allows me download an entire exhibit on an iPad or mobile Chromebase so I can demonstrate my work to clients or the community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now that I have several projects under my belt, one of which includes almost 80 pages, I am finding that my media library and presentations are getting fairly overwhelming. Because I execute most of my design outside of Arreya in Adobe Illustrator, I often find flaws as I am finalizing presentations and upload corrected .ai files at the end of the design process. The long and the short of it is that sorting out old and new versions of files for large presentations is pretty hard to do in the linear format that the media library is currently setup in so, I can't always make heads or tails of what to delete to keep a lean and organized media library on the back end...I'm looking forward to some new developments for nesting folders that can be more easily managed. Easy to use: Admin user was able to set up and deploy signage with no training and with minimal contact with technical support.

Outstanding customer service (both pre and post sales): Customer service is always prompt to respond. If no solution is immediately present, customer service will update contact regularly on progress.

Economical: Signage platform requires no special hardware to run--just a compatible web browser. There is no "per screen" fee, making it easier for employees to access the signage remotely.

Somewhat limited availability of extensions and widgets: Arreya provides content creators with several widgets to customize signage. Widgets are simple to navigate overall and are updated regularly. However, there is a lack of variety when compared to some other signage platforms, and the simple editing functionality for some widgets can force creators to spend more time thinking of alternative ways to display their content. The personalized and immediate service and support, coupled with outstanding software is what I value most about Arreya Digital Signage Suite. In addition, Arreya's hardware solution suggestions allow us to couple its great software with hardware that's functional, reliable, and easy for us to keep clients (and ourselves) happy. You are in control and they are great support. Helpful and available. We have had our screen for about 5 years and the Arreya team have never disappointed us. Great communication, fast service. Arreya is extremely user friendly and allows our company to communicate so much better with employees, residents, patients, families and donors. There are a lot of design options and wonderful tools to help get your messaging across. There is so much that you can do with the program...a lot of features that I am still learning too! The Arreya team is ALWAYS helpful, responsive and pleasant to work with. For us personally, we loved that there were no hidden fees with this system either, as we unfortunately found that was the case with other vendors we had looked into. There isn't much we dislike about Arreya. We can create beautiful displays with the product, it is very easy to learn and use, and every step of the way their team was very friendly and helpful. From a design standpoint, there are a few aspects that I get frustrated with from time to time, but they are very minimal and are probably more user error than anything else. Customer Service is top shelf; expert, quickly responsive AND friendly. Once you begin, you realize how intuitive the creative aspect is. There are so many options for presentation layouts as well as a healthy output of tutorials available to hone your skills and learn new things.
