We use Armis daily to better understand our network, spot potential threats, and maintain a strong security posture. **What do you dislike about Armis?** That said, we’d love to see Armis expand its remediation capabilities, as the current functionality in this area is somewhat limited. **What problems is Armis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Armis initially started as our OT security tool, but over time it has evolved into a comprehensive IoT security solution and now serves as our central platform for IT asset management and vulnerability management. It aggregates and correlates information from multiple systems, giving us a unified and accurate view of our environment. Compared to our SIEM solution, Armis provides a more active, focused, and context-driven approach to identifying and managing assets, risks, and vulnerabilities. ### 2. I think the GUI is good, and the exposure management helps me finalize total asset and asset risk. The initial setup of Armis was nice, and it helped very well. **What do you dislike about Armis?** I found an issue in the Armis Risk and Vulnerability tab. The filters in the ASQ tab need more review, and there's a problem with filtration and finding. **What problems is Armis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Armis helps me identify system risks and vulnerabilities based on severity. They work well once you get them configured but getting there can be rather difficult. They reach out biweekly to make sure things are going smoothly and that we aren't struggling or missing out on new features. **What problems is Armis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Total visibility of our network and passive vulnerability scanning really helps us keep an eye on everything. The amount of data integrations is constantly growing helping us fully utilize all of our other services which get tied together for some absolutely awesome details in the Armis dashboard. The best product I've found that can use dozens of APIs and connections to pull data into one area and effectively group, organize, report, and visualize data from a network perspective. ### 8. Web-based platform. I came across armis while I was overseas and used it for a few months. It was very easy to learn and manage. very easy to customize reports and a very comprehensive booking system **What do you dislike about Armis?** It's web-based and no option for an android or iOS app. having an app would be a huge advantage for people in the field. Since being web=-based, no backup option if internet is disrupted. **Recommendations to others considering Armis:** Great web-based software for booking. **What problems is Armis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Armis is can be accessed by multiple users and updates in realtime. Hence no overlapping of bookings and duplications.
