Arkose plays an essential role in protecting Dropbox against attacks but, more importantly, plays a critical part in our customer experience. The service is reliable and scalable and has significant improved its latency. What I respect the most about our partnership is that they are there to troubleshoot with you when you need them. They worked with us closely to address an error that we initially thought was related to Arkose but ended up being on our side. It is easy to provide a good experience when things go well, but what makes a difference is being there when things go south. Depending on the rules configured, some require more frequent data provider updates to remain 100% effective. Also, the dashboard is capable, but it could provide more self-service analysis features. Arkose Labs provided an easy mechanism to integrate with their solution and were very helpful with our rollout. They were able to make quick changes to their infrastructure when we requested it to speed up our implementation and provide us real-time logging to help deliver better device and attacker intelligence. There is still a bit of latency when it comes to doing synchronous events, which needs to be improved. It is also a pricy solution, and it is hard to quickly establish the ROI for this unless the right humans are involved in the process, which might make it hard for companies that are smaller to procure this solution. The dashboards and reporting offered by Arkose Labs still leave a lot to be desired. It is not very easy to guage a simple funnel of clicked, passed, failed, and the categorization of each item based on IP country or type of threat. Strong cross platform capabilities, and exceptional support. We had awesome results and did not see any negative impact after extensive AB testing. The reporting they provide is very helpful, and always expanding. The product is solid with no delays (even with millions of users a day), no bugs or issues that we have ever experienced, making my life a lot easier. The on boarding was seamless, and they were there for us through all the testing and any technical questions we had. My engineering lead can get responses in minutes if any questions come up on their slack. Overall probably my favorite partner simply because the product performs exactly as expected with no issues or down time.
