What do you like best about arkflux?

I discovered with arkflux is the capacity for automating advertisement kinds and workflows. They helped me better manage the creation of specific campaigns and lead nurturing, which was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about arkflux?

I faced the problem of data isolation between these departments. Marketing was unable to understand how the leads generated translated to sales while the sales team was unable to view the various customer service communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about arkflux?

Arkflux offered me a lot of highlights under one rooftop, from CRM and showcasing computerization to client experience following. What do you like best about arkflux?

It's a very complete software, it has every tool required for digital marketing. I have actively used its email marketing solutions and they are very fluid and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about arkflux?

I have not found any downsides to arkflux, the support is fantastic. So if I have had any difficulties they have been solved. I could add drip marketing to my work after going through the tools and features on offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about arkflux?

I like best about the system that I could not find a platform better than Arkflux. It is the best solution, innovative in some ways. In the storms and hurricanes of the pandemic, and business management these days, it could become a real Ark and bring through and forward any business idea concerned with digital marketing. if you are concerned about business insight as well as controlling better business processes, it would be a great idea to use Arkflux Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use for the basic CRM functions such as uploading and storing contacts, organising contact lists, emailing to lists and collecting new subscribers to our mailing lists. I am not tech savvy and needed help to set up the more advanced functions such as business automation . The arkflux support team could not be more helpful and within a few weeks I was able to have a completely bespoke business automation workflow that has totally transformed my day to day tasks and more importantly given our clients a more efficient experience. I get a task list emailed to my inbox everyday as a reminder. I use arkflux for all of my email marketing and find the template design and scheduling processes easy to use. I also like to the way the email send results and statistics are presented. One of the best functions for me is tracking pipeline and opportunities again all bespoke and relevant to my business. What do you like best about arkflux?

As Risk Management Consultants, it is critical that we understand where our data is held. One of the overriding reasons for choosing arkflux is the ability to select where our data is stored, knowing its safe and not just be told its in the USA!

The price point is also very attractive and we now have more marketing tools at our disposal so we will grow in to the platform as we start to consider events and delivering newsletters etc

The clarity of the dashboard is also worthy of mention as we can quickly see what is working and how a linkedIn or email has engaged more people with our website without having to check or be an expert in analytics.

We hope to use it more, but the web monitor is a cool feature as we know that clients have been on our site and we have a reason to engage with them further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can't find any dislikes as we also use the single sign on feature which means we're aligned with our microsoft log in and that means only one password to remember... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having our contacts in one place is really important. The power of integrated tools and that we can manage social media and emails in one place. the ability to understand where the business is, in real time, so we can see the current business and more importantly any future business. What do you like best about arkflux?

We just love the way that everything is in one place and we don't have to use multiple products anymore which saves us time and money! We also save as we just didn't realise how much we were spending on all the individual products. Now we run our events and all the email marketing and social media posts from arkflux.

We don't have to worry about spreadsheets flying around and keeping on top of contacts and the dashboards provide a clear indication of what is working and what's not and that was really difficult to see using all the other products... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is arkflux solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solve our Event / social media/ email and managing all of the marketing mix and sales opportunities. we even have multiple pipeline management so can easily identify which areas of the business are doing well. Just click on the graphics in the dashboard to drill down to the data you require. The benefits are multiple - the team are all on the same page, and can see each stage of the customer journey, we have automated the processes which save us time and we even know when a contact in the CRM visits the website, so a follow up call can be made to check their interest.
