ARIS Pricing Overview

I like in ARIS that is very powerfull tool. It can support us in process managment, process optimization, corporate architecure managment and hopefully for workflow in near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitly price. It's too high in comparison to other vendors. I dont like cloud approach. It seems that SAG runs cloud strategy and some functionalities are in cloud version only. It's not good. We as a client shoudl have a choice - cloud or not cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data loading was very easy, also gives hints about errors experienced while loading.

Short learning curve to configure correctly the OOTB dashboard apps.

AI companion was helpful to configure measures without need of coding knowledge --> no-code user here.

Easy admin of users

Time saving - easy to transfer analyis across projects to reuse templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overwriting the data was not so intuitive. Had to reset and reload in different pages to prevent appending the data.

I missed the capability to interlink processes without overcomplicating the case identification and event logs. The OOTB apps.

Complex to make disconnected filters to apply to individual apps in a report (for benchmarks)
