Most appointments are color coded in the scheduling tab, so it is easy to see at a quick glance what type of visit patients are arriving for. You can also customize the schedules to accommodate your needs so you aren't seeing information that is irrelevant to you. Customization to fit your own needs is actually pretty simple throughout the entire system, which helps clean up appearance and makes navigation even easier. **What do you dislike about ARIA Oncology Information System?** Uploading and printing documents is sometimes touchy. The system often does not recognize my computer if I am using a different one than I normally do, and sometimes it does not recognize any attached printers even if I am printing documents from other systems on the same device. The problem is easily solved by switching computers, but this is an inconvenience. **What problems is ARIA Oncology Information System solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are great for patient care in radiation oncology, which is what I primarily use it for. However, there are some small technical issues (such as the printing and uploading problem from other computers) that would make the system even better, if improved. ### 11. It interfaces with most things we throw at it and has very little downtime (thought that likely largely depends on our servers). Great support. **What do you dislike about ARIA Oncology Information System?** It looks aged, but I can deal with that as long as the functionality is there. I'm a nerd and I like modern clean interfaces. Aria could use a facelift, but of course then we'd hear from all those that "don't" enjoy change. After all, if it isn't broke... **What problems is ARIA Oncology Information System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aria is a great EMR solution.
