I also like how the printed invoice looks professional. Vehicle Carfax service history is another nice feature. I have not used the diagnostics portion due to multiple other in-house options. Customer Service is great. **What do you dislike about ARI (Auto Repair Software)?** The price originally was good, but the change in pricing made me look elsewhere at other software.There are some bugs, such as when I complete an invoice, I would like to be able to change the invoice template, but it does not allow it to change (This is a bug that is currently being fixed). I think it will be amazing once I know how to work the features right. I have taught myself most of the features i know there is more you can do. They need a guide with steps to use it, not a guide that explains the feature. That does me no good. Videos that have no audio are pointless. Also i do a bunch of restorations so i have invoices and payment that wont count toward my monthly expenses till the restoration is done there is no way to track them without it counting toward the current expenses ### 11. Once I plug in the vehicle details (which automatically populates upon entering vehicle license plate or VIN) I tap "+ parts" and "add from PartsTech" and whatever I add to my PartsTech cart is automatically added to my invoice/estimate/job card regardless of wether I actually buy at that moment or not - no manual entry of part numbers, descriptions or pricing necessary - and perfect for when I'm just gathering information for an estimate for jobs the customer may not approve of at the time. I'm also super grateful that ARI integrated with Square to make online payments seamless and effortless. Now, my customers can pay directly from their invoice or estimate before they ever drop off or pick up their vehicle, giving them (and our shop) peace of mind that their information is safe (and we aren't left unpaid). I do hope that they'll also integrate with the Square card readers sometime in the near future for even more convenience and flexibility. Another plus is that the customer service is always prompt and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. If they don't have an answer or solution for me immediately, they usually have it taken care of within 24 hours. Lastly, (but certainly not all) I love that the staff at ARI is constantly working to improve user experience by incorporating other shop solutions (Mitchell 1 labor guides, for example) to have as many resources balled into on Shop Management Solution as possible. **What do you dislike about ARI (Auto Repair Software)?** There's not really anything I can complain about or dislike. One suggestion would be that I'd like to have the ability to list card payments as a surcharge and show the difference if my customer pays cash vs card and have that surcharge automatically apply if they do choose to pay digitally. **What problems is ARI (Auto Repair Software) solving and how is that benefiting you?** ARI gives me invoicing software that is tailored to the automotive repair industry at an extremely affordable price.
