What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?

Really allows you to track your customers/clients/members/leads and see the arc of their interaction with your organization. It has also allowed us to track member activity & engagement in some very powerful ways, and to track the work of our organizers and representatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?

Ardexus CRM is an efficient tool for managing customer interactions. It consolidates all messages, emails, phone conversations, notes for each contact in a very systematic manner. What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?

I can’t filter the information to find the concrete figures or generate the reports that would reflect my sales plan. This makes it almost impossible to monitor the KPIs and get deeper knowledge of my sales pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?

The lead capture feature is amazing. It syncs data from the emails and web forms thus eliminating the instances when I have to type the contacts’ details manually. This helps me store all my leads and makes all the leads available for follow-ups easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ardexus CRM?

The reporting appears to be restricted and unpolished at times. To be able to create specific sales reports, there are several clicks involved and the interface of the graphs could use a cleaner design than offered by other CRM systems. What problems is Ardexus CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?

The pricing is a concern the features it provides are not worth it. The user interface is basic. It uses some improvements. There is a slowness, in the web module. Email transfer from Mac is not completely resolved yet there is a Microsoft adapter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find maintaining and reporting prospects. Paid clients are quite difficult. The lack of optimization in simplifying our processes makes it difficult to fully utilize the capabilities of the CRM. Understanding the sales cycle, with sales contacts and existing customers is quite difficult hindering effective client and candidate relationship management. What do you like best about Ardexus CRM?

Reports generated via Ardexus CRM is the most advantageous for our business. It made the decision making process easy and time saving. As this is cloud based it saved time and space spent on servers. Pricing can be a issue but the agility pf the software and specific solution it provides, it is hard to negotiate. The pricing seems to be worth the features it provides yet it still needs to be competetive as there are many CRM softwares in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maintaining and reporting prospects and paid clients was an ardous task. Although we had a streamlined process we did not have a tool to optimise our processess. Ardexus CRM provided point to point solution to track and report all our leads and paid clients. Post service engagement became easier to track via this CRM.
