Arctic Wolf MDR help us to review all the logs from all of our security tools and identity relevant events that need our attention. It is also replacing our on premise SIEM. The rapid response times on potential security risks are essential in the day to day operations and security of our IT Systems here at our organization. The responses on open tickets are quick and potential security risks are managed quickly and easily via email or the Arctic Wolf portals. The amount of risks found in our monthly meetings can sometimes be overwhelming, though this is not necessarily a downside of the service. We’ve been using AWN as our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider for quite some time now. They continuously monitor and capture all security logs, and only reach out when there’s an issue that requires our attention—reducing noise and allowing us to focus on what matters.
