As my title suggests, very thorough. I used the term "No stone unturned" in another survey recently because that's exactly what I feel every time we interact with them. Tought to say. I often feel our meetings can drag on, but it becomes very evident why this is the case. They are very detail oriented. If anything, adding a sales pitch at the end of already long meetings can be a bit tedious but I understand they are a business that needs to make money. Arctic Wolf gives us peace of mind. We know that all of our locations from the network down to the computer level are being monitored 24/7 and we are immediately alerted on any anomalous activity. Arctic Wolf has helped our company with security and helped us train our employees not to just click on things and links, has helped with our security in not allowing user to be logged in from certain locations we have scene many hack attempts on accounts from overseas where someone was trying to log in as our users.
