the only thing that needs work in my view is the richness of the SIEM data available for access by the service-user. Their team does an excellent job utilizing the data being sourced from the sensors in our environment, but the ability for me (the customer) to directly query that data-set is somewhat limited. Arctic Wolf is helping bridge the gap between the capabilities and resources a company our size would normally have at our disposal, and the very real needs we have in this space, regardless of our footprint.
