What do you like best about ArcPro?

ArcPro is pretty. Also, it makes a lot of this easier to do more quickly than they were in ArcMap, once you find the new locations. There is a big emphasis on analysis, so if that is what you do the most, then you're going to have lots of tools available to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ArcPro?

Designing maps seems to be lacking. It seems more focused on analysis, so data creation suffers. Some things that were complicated in ArcMap have gotten even more complicated in Pro - like panning, why did panning around the map get more tedious? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ArcPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am making maps for midstream energy projects, such as oil and gas pipelines or electrical transmission lines. Using ArcPro allows me to create maps by gathering data from lots of different sources, editing it as needed, and preparing both print and online maps.

PS - I wouldn't really call it "investor reporting" but that was the only option. It is map making, which I guess is reporting, and fi you think of a boss or clients as investors then... sure, i guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ArcPro?

It has a lot of tools for data visualization and on-the-fly spatial analysis. Works well with ArcGIS online, allowing for seamless data management and sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ArcPro?

Coming from ArcGIS Desktop, it was a bit difficult to make the initial transition to Pro. While a lot of on-the-fly tools work great, a lot of the tools that were available for the basic license in Desktop are now paid features in Pro. My biggest annoyance is that I cannot edit data with attachments in Pro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ArcPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

ArcPro and the entire ESRI suite is the leading resource for GIS and spatial data analysis and representation. With some basic understanding and willingness to learn you can produce immersive maps and visualize data with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ArcPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm doing a lot of data updates and queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
