ArcPro is pretty. Also, it makes a lot of this easier to do more quickly than they were in ArcMap, once you find the new locations. There is a big emphasis on analysis, so if that is what you do the most, then you're going to have lots of tools available to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Designing maps seems to be lacking. It seems more focused on analysis, so data creation suffers. Some things that were complicated in ArcMap have gotten even more complicated in Pro - like panning, why did panning around the map get more tedious? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coming from ArcGIS Desktop, it was a bit difficult to make the initial transition to Pro. While a lot of on-the-fly tools work great, a lot of the tools that were available for the basic license in Desktop are now paid features in Pro.
