Not much. One of the worst ATS's I've ever experienced. It's incredibly cheap, which means you get what you pay for. It has the bare bones of what you would need for an ATS and has no scalability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It won't scale with your growing business. The account management and customer service are terribly slow, incompetent, dishonest and unreliable. We've had support tickets that were active for 6+ months. Our account manager bold face lied to us many times. The product was broken twice and still wasn't fixed by the time our contract was up. The worst part about it is one of the things that was broken was that all of our notes that were copied from Google docs were formatted in html/coding. They were illegible. They wanted to charge us $20k+ to migrate our data cleanly and legibly. We weren't the only customer that was affected either.
