The most helpful thing about Arcoro is staying in compliance with DOT and federal regulations. Without this service many companies would/could be in jeopardy of fines and scrambling to meet the current standards. Being able to keep track of job sites on a daily bases down to the minute. Collecting time, reviewing time punches and the variety of reports make it a great system for construction. The customer service is very poor. It can take weeks to get a resolution to an issue. The system does not integrate within it's different modules very well. They don't flow or speak to each other efficiently. The reporting features are also lacking. For an HCM software it cannot do basic reports like retention/turnover reports.
