What do you like best about Arcoro?

What do you dislike about Arcoro?

It does not work. Was duped into buying. They say all the right things; doing, on the other hand, is lacking. Please understand that I could write pages on the lack of functionality. If you are considering this product, avoid the demo until they can show you a completed list of updates and a future list of improvements. It appears that the positive reviews here are attributed to ATS; If all you need is ATS, I think I can recommend that for some smaller businesses. If you are interested in the other modules, from someone who has worked with and implemented other learning systems, BirddogHR is years away from being a viable solution; there is just so much wrong... What do you like best about Arcoro?

I don't like that the software isn't extremely easy to use, and also that's probably due to the fact that it makes sense for some of the information in there to be a little difficult to access. The records are divided right into different locations which make it difficult to promptly log in and draw a report as you have to weed with to the proper area for the report you are looking to draw. What do you like best about Arcoro?

I like that it’s easy to change times and know where your employees are punching in at ( with gps feature ) I can’t easily delete people from the active employees to add new ones ! Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:

Test it out for a few weeks first. Some of our team members had a hard time getting used to it. Make sure your policies are clear before implementing. Be patient with team members, and expect multiple edits when first implementing the software. It took our team several months to get everyone on board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

ExakTime has cut our payroll processing time in half. What used to take 3 people two days is not done by 2 people in one afternoon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:

I would definitely choose ExakTime if you have a decent size company. It will help tremendously when you are dealing with payroll. It will also help accounting when they are trying to bill out time for work completed. I use this on a day to day basis and it seems to keep us organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arcoro?

I have yet to find a downside besides not really being motivated to fiddle with the remaining features i have yet to feel out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company is on the east coast but merchandises throughout the US so we are constantly recruiting via job sites and social media sites but the onboarding would take two to three times as long if we had to do it all by mail and would be very inconvenient to do by email as a new address not found in your address book can end up in any of your mail boxes and completely time you out of a hiring process due to simply not knowing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
