It has also flowed with the payroll process, insurance enrollment, open enrollment, employment process and communication process. Employees can self serve for address changes, beneficiary changes, in fact work things on their own. We have incorporated EDI files for our insurance and 40k carriers saving time and money and mistake proofing the data. It has lessened the workload by half of a people in the department. It has also allowed us to go paperless which is the new age of technology. Their customer service and services are top notch. ACA compliance was the reason we selected it and it did the job. The support teams at InfinityHR are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to the nitty gritty of their system they have a pretty good handle of what you need to do. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** I don't like that the software isn't very user-friendly, and that's probably because it makes sense for some of the information in there to be a little hard to access. But the software itself feels a bit aversive. Softening the features and just rearranging the UI design could really help out the users a lot, I think. The reports are separated into different areas which make it difficult to quickly log in and pull a report as you have to weed through to the appropriate section for the report you are looking to pull. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use this software on boarding new hires is very smooth, terminating benefits for fulltime employees. ### 5. When we had issues with the syncing with our accounting software their support was very good to work with to get resolved. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** Features are missing between the mobile application vs the web application. Would be nice if both systems had the same feature set. The pricing structure does get expensive as you add more users, and the price brakes are not very substantial. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** ExakTime works very well. the Web interface works extremely well and their mobile app works great too. Our users very from very technical to very un-technical and all users are able to choose what interface they like the best (web or mobile) and do what they need. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a construction company we have people all over and we track our time to projects and activities. Exaktime does good job with keeping everything easy to track in our accounting system. Get a good demo and a trial account to use. Have them build out a mock-up of the needs of your business and see if it's a good fit. It has also streamlined the payroll process, insurance enrollment, open enrollment and communication process. We post messages on the landing page. Employees can self serve for address changes, beneficiary changes, etc. We have incorporated EDI files for our insurance and 401k carriers saving time and money and mistake proofing the data. It has lessened the workload by half of a person in the department. It has also allowed us to go paperless. They also assisted with the ever changing ACA compliance and forms. We also show employees their benefit statements. It has endless features. The service is top notch. They had a great implementation and testing team. They also have a wonderful day to day representative Mae. She is always available to answer questions and walk us through any issues we may be having. We appreciate her patience and professional manner. She is a joy to work with. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** So far it has been great. We are utilizing more of their features each year. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** Streamlining HR administration and giving employees a 24/7 self-service portal. Makes it easy to see benefit value, make changes and search for documents they need for their benefit questions. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** InfinityHR has allowed us to combine timeclock, HRIS and Payroll into a seamless solution for employees and managers. There was no project timeline given for implementation. Implementation was very rocky and implementation managers were hard to work with. After expressing dissatification in the product, Infinity did nothing to help us become a satisfied customer. The timekeeping system is extremely time consuming for timekeepers. What you see is what you get with this system, customization and upgrades are nearly impossible if you request them. It was the best choice we could have made, with a small but growing company, we needed a line of products that could fit our current needs, but also evolve with us. The ATS & Onboarding modules have improved our processed greatly, but it would be awesome if the reporting function could help us transfer data into our payroll system to take away even more keystrokes. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** Ask questions! Having that module has improved our recruiting and onboarding process and made the process more smooth. Josine White is our main point of contact, and she is FANTASTIC! She always provides detailed responses in a timely fashion and we are beyond thankful for all she has done for us. Beyond the great service we've had, we appreciate Infinity's continued commitment to improving their product. They constantly look for ways to enhance their product and to stay on top of the market. They also take user-suggested enhancements into consideration. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** The Infinity product is geared towards employers with a large number of employees, and sometimes our market falls below that employee count. We sometimes have to devise workarounds in certain modules to make it fit for a smaller-scale company; however, when we do need to create workarounds, we receive great insight and support from the service team. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** When first starting with Infinity, the product may seem intimidating. It is a robust solution that does require time and commitment to become familiarized with, but with effort, it can be a very valuable resource. The ease of posting through templates and copying jobs has saved me a lot of time! **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** I would like if the candidate pool were searchable by disposition from the candidate tab. However, BirdDogHR is constantly making positive changes so I'm hoping it comes along soon. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** If you are looking for an easy to use, all in one ATS and Job Posting program - this is it! **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before BirdDogHR, I used a spreadsheet to keep track of my applicants, and other managers couldn't access it. By using this ATS, all of my managers can access applicants from their location, all in one place! It also allows us to keep notes so that everyone can see them. Another problem is solved is knowing when I have a duplicate applicant. It has really cut down my wasted time trying to figure out who had already applied and when, or screening candidates who had applied in the past. ### 49. Historical statements are easily found and downloaded. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** This may be a company set feature, however when an employee wishes to enter in sick time they must first request that sick time off, although it has happened in the past, from their direct supervisor, and then wait for the supervisor to approve the sick time. Only then will sick time be an option to choose from and time be able to be allocated correctly. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** Check out full functionality of the product and make sure ALL staff know how to use and understand the necessity of not entering timesheets at the last minute.
