With this we are able to verify who is punching in (instead of their colleges punching in for them) as well as locate they are punching at the Jobsite. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** What I truly dislike about the system is we have an ongoing issue with our employees punching for their times and ExackTime doesn't record it. It will either not record it at all, or will record it the next day or days later. Even when we refresh the system. We have called ExackTime on this and there was nothing they could do to help. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** As explained in my first response, we are able to identify the person punching and where. This is a very important tool we need for our clock in system to keep people honest. ### 2. If employees have issues, I can log in as them and help them navigate the system. We use the workflows functions to keep our employee info up to date. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** There is not a sufficient app to go with the desktop program. The existing app has very limited functionality and doesn't even have the same name. The app is called InfinityHR. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I just got set up with the new program that allows onboarding documents to be transferred to the employee's page. This is a great addition and will help me keep things organized. ### 3. Having employees log in and log off with a quick push makes everyone's lives easier. Despite the back end admin site being desktop only and sort of clunky to move around, once you get the hang of it you can quickly run base reports about hours and wages spent on labour for a particular site allowing you to better schedule your team to stay on track and on budget. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** The back end is like a surfing a website from 1998. It's only desktop compatible and requires additional training to fully utilize the capabilities of job queries. As a small subcontractor with a crew of 6 I don't need to get so far down into the weeds but if you're running 3+ job sites with a crew of 20, you're going to want to take on additional training. What irks me most is that I've been trying forever to change my payment details to a different credit card but arcoros support staff seems to be everywhere and no where that my new details are never implemented. The only think stopping me from cancelling payment outright is interupting my employees habits **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The quick login and logout system makes tracking hours easy. Guys aren't calling me at 9pm the night before payday to go over hours and wonder where we worked Wednesday last week. You don't have to worry about what time guys left the job site if you're not there. Geotracking tells you how far out of the fence they punched in or out. Cost codes in ExaKTime allow us to better prepare budgets. The name must remain if they leave and no longer work for the Borough. When they sold the program they said it was the best in the industry. But not at all. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** The customer service is the worse. It takes weeks to get a callback. The program has flaws that cannot be fixed. A great disadvantage is that the GPS tracking is not live. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does what any free program will do to track hours. But sometimes it will not let the employees clock out. So the hours are not accurate. The many reports help to simplify things in the office. From hrly payroll reports to job costings reports. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** There are a few things that could be adjusted to give better data. One being that filters do not clear after running reports. Would be great if they automatically cleared, so new reports you could start fresh without having to clear everything. Another issue is not being able to break out certified payroll hrs from regular payroll reports, since both need to be processed separately at different pay rates **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exaktime is allowing us to better track employee hrs and the work they are performing. And if they leave their geolocation, they have to explain to us why. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** We just wish there was a way for the employees to see their hours, directly from their mobile phone without the computer access. Also, sometimes they complain the app doesn't load the new locations we add in. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowing where are our employees while they're on the clock and if they leave, why and when, so we don't pay for hours that they didn't work. One of the worst ATS's I've ever experienced. It's incredibly cheap, which means you get what you pay for. It has the bare bones of what you would need for an ATS and has no scalability. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** It won't scale with your growing business. The account management and customer service are terribly slow, incompetent, dishonest and unreliable. We've had support tickets that were active for 6+ months. Our account manager bold face lied to us many times. The product was broken twice and still wasn't fixed by the time our contract was up. The worst part about it is one of the things that was broken was that all of our notes that were copied from Google docs were formatted in html/coding. They were illegible. They wanted to charge us $20k+ to migrate our data cleanly and legibly. We weren't the only customer that was affected either. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for an affordable ATS solution. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** Look at other options, unless you're ok with waiting months before having support cases resolved. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just more headaches. Arcoro was not a viable Appplicant Tracking System solution for our growing organization. In fact, it decreased productivity and cost us a lot of time, money and energy. ### 36. What is worst is the pathetic 5 bars of repeating music that just drives you insane. If you are considering this product, avoid the demo until they can show you a completed list of updates and a future list of improvements. It appears that the positive reviews here are attributed to ATS; If all you need is ATS, I think I can recommend that for some smaller businesses. Some of our team members had a hard time getting used to it. Make sure your policies are clear before implementing. Be patient with team members, and expect multiple edits when first implementing the software. It also occasionally will kick you out. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** I would definitely choose ExakTime if you have a decent size company. It will help tremendously when you are dealing with payroll. It will also help accounting when they are trying to bill out time for work completed.
