"Simple and effective"

What do you like best about Archiz CRM?

Archiz CRM is easy to use, even for beginners. Archiz helps to manage client details in a better way to find them and reach them. The best thing is onboarding is very smooth, unlike other CRM tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archiz CRM?

Sometimes Archiz CRM is not that responsive, which interrupt the workflow. Can add more features to use, it can be made cost-efficient so that it can reach more small enterprises and expand their market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Archiz CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had difficulty in using our previous CRM tool, which was more complex to use, but Archiz CRM is easier to use and user-friendly, even onboarding went well with stage-to-stage clarity on the all the process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SIMPLE CRM TOOL FOR MID LEVEL COMPANIES"

What do you like best about Archiz CRM?

Archiz CRM is straightforward to use; one of the most straightforward CRM I have used so far. We don't have to add more restrictions on the lead capture criteria; the preset conditions are only captured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archiz CRM?

Archiz CRM has very minimal features, not featureful like LeadSquared or Salesforce. The lead segregation stages are minimal, and there is not much lead stage suggestion. Sales reporting is basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Archiz CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Archiz CRM as a short-term CRM tool during hybrid work. Archiz helps me handle customer data with fundamental data like contacts and email captures. I can also use Archiz to update the lead's interest in the database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Archiz CRM?

Archiz CRM provides the UI that is somewhat similar to popular CRMs in the market, so the familiarity helps the user to be on-board easily to adapt to the new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archiz CRM?

Since it is a small market program, it lacks in customer service and problem solution when it comes to ticketing system to resolve the platform issues. Other than that, they have a lot of room to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
