This can be a major benefit over collector when someone who is inexperienced is operating the software. Surveys can also be issues to users who do not have an account with AGOL so there is no need to issues everyone doing damage assessments their own account. One of the biggest benefits for our agency is the ability to publish an online survey. This has allowed use to more efficiently collect reports from the public themselves. Attachments are photos or other data attached to an actual record when information is collected. Also, it seems there are issues period in submitting photos on any record that is not the initial creating.
