It translates ESRI GIS data into other data formats. It works so I guess that's good. The interface for the quick export and import tools are a bit difficult to understand at first but once you figure it out it's easy to use. I don't use it often but I'm glad i have it when I need it. The web applicatication does not work smoothly as compared to its desktop application. Also, there are some difficulties in mapping tools when using the application on any integrated website for a campaign.
