It is also astonishingly ease to use Configurable Web Services (CWS) and the recently announced Innovator Edge to build interfaces to nearly any other application and enable robust, continuous digital threads to power your innovation efforts. Integrations are easy and straightforward. It is easy to use and rapidly becomes a daily assistant for performing product development. Implementation tends to go faster and with more ease than other legacy platforms because of the extreme flexibility of the data model. Lastly, they have a proactive support organization that makes the customer feel valued - they support this also via live events like the annual ACE conference where the entire technical organization is present to answer questions and address concerns.
