The ability to tweak forms, list values, and the lik, in an Agile environment. This allows changes to occur quickly, while the changes are still relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inability to have conditional email notifications. We have multiple groups that use the same WF processes, but we either have to configure duplicate branches to support each different group or duplicate the WF route for each group.
