Implementation tends to go faster and with more ease than other legacy platforms because of the extreme flexibility of the data model. Lastly, they have a proactive support organization that makes the customer feel valued - they support this also via live events like the annual ACE conference where the entire technical organization is present to answer questions and address concerns. It enables digital transformation and there is full visibility of who is working on what, what is the latest revision, what version did we use in that product, etc. Reports and all data summaries required for audits and quality control are easy accessible. Including stakeholders across the whole supply chain is easier and it enables many multi-side organizations to have better collaboration. **What do you dislike about Aras Innovator?** Overall, the system is intuitive to use, once set to accommodate the needs. However, due to its flexibility and lack of OOTB templates for some industries, it requires more internal knowledge of the processes in the organization and clear view for what the systems should do. With knowledgeable and visionary leaders leading the adoption, this is easily overcome and enables organizations to truly create system to match their unique business processes and not try to fit their processes to a predefined system and become part of the many. **What problems is Aras Innovator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking changes to documentation and product definitions. Easier access to information about the quality history of a part, product, document and who/how was the quality issue solved. Status update on where the engineering change process is and what the roadblocks are. And more. ### 38. This allows changes to occur quickly, while the changes are still relevant. **What do you dislike about Aras Innovator?** The inability to have conditional email notifications. We have multiple groups that use the same WF processes, but we either have to configure duplicate branches to support each different group or duplicate the WF route for each group. Either way, there is duplication required in our environments. **What problems is Aras Innovator solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are attempting to implement standard practices across the enterprise so everyone performs similar steps for similar processes. ### 39. Allowing heavy customisation can lead to upgrade and total cost of ownership issue down the line.
