If I had to pick something to dislike, it would be the cost. Aquent Talent is a bit pricier compared to some other platforms. Whenever I reach out to the folks at Vitamin T with a question on timecards or benefits, etc., they're always quick to get back to me and have a friendly affect toward me despite the fact that I've been entirely remote and have never met anyone there in person. There's not much I don't like. If I were to be picky, I was recently contacted about a new gig, and I haven't heard anything back about it since the rep submitted my name, so perhaps a little more follow up would be nice? But such is common in the industry anyway - client firm goes a different direction, and I don't hear anything more about it. Still, even a follow up communication indicating that would be nice.
