What problems is Apxor solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Creating a user onboarding journey is very easy and takes a few minutes to deploy.
2. There are plenty of design choices for nudges and surveys, which can be designed and deployed by anyone on the team with a non-technical background.
3. Ability to create cohorts and target audiences. We have been using the cohorts feature to download a CSV file of users and targeting them with customized nudges to increase engagement.
We tried multiple platforms, including PENDO (not easy to set up and poor customer support), App cues, and Chameleon (expensive), before settling on Apxor. Apxor's product is world class, provides a much greater ROI and their customer service is unbeatable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
