What do you like best about Apto?

Apto is our CRM and has been for the past 5+ years. It functions as a basic database CRM and we have 10,000+ contacts and 6,000+ properties in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apto?

Do NOT switch to Apto. While it may look good on the surface, they have technicians constantly tinkering in the background and they regularly break things. Right now we are having to manually audit through over 5,000 companies who mysteriously had their contacts disconnected. Apto customer support says 'we don't know what happened. Sorry.' This new admin task will cost us literally hundreds of man hours worth of lost productivity and undoes years of hard work. What prompted me to write this review (something I NEVER do) is that this is just the next iteration of a long list of similar issues. Again, if you're considering Apto, keep looking. Nothing. They continually break things like a bull in a china shop which is causing us to be super unproductive by constantly having to pick up the pieces and put everything back together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apto?

It's fast and easy to input information into the database and it's also customizable. I like the ability to be able to see all the important information at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apto?

Having to wait maybe 24 hours before you can get a question answered. It would be nice to have a "chat" section, because having to wait 24 hours before getting an answer to a question really slows down the process of getting things done because of the wait time. What problems is Apto solving and how is that benefiting you?

1.Being able to connect the properties with the owners and the companies.

2.Being able to group entities so you can send out blast emails.

3.Being able to run reports that show us the information/patterns, etc. of what we are looking for in our database.

4. Being able to target specific things in reports.

5.Being able to customize reports so we get the just the information that we need.

6.I like that the reports are updated as the database is updated.

What do you like best about Apto?

I love that Apto provides an all in one solution. I have a contact database that cross links to my property database as well as all my listings and deals. I also love the fact that I am building my own Comp database Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apto?

IT takes some time to learn but it is not hard. IT is just as a broker we have limited time. The more you use it the better you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apto solving and how is that benefiting you?

All the cross linking helps me build a more complete picture when I speak to a prospect. I can pull them up and see every piece of property they own as well as any past notes, etc. IT makes me the expert in their eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great if Apto had access to virtual assitants to help input data into one's CRM. Lately, it seems like communication has been minimal with regards to new product features/improvments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
