What do you like best about Aptean Food & Beverage ERP?

That it is produce specific and has embedded wms and that it is highly customizable to your specific environment and processes. Ability to integrate with analytics software using their add-on module. It is possible to utilize tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aptean Food & Beverage ERP?

Lack of a true database system like mssql. The flat file nature of their "database" is quite frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Aptean Food & Beverage ERP:

Be certain you have all customization requirements ready when beginning intial planning phase. It will take quite some time to work with their staff to customize the program exactly how you want. Additionally when rolling out the WMS portion at the same time (if you've never had WMS in your facility before), take enough time to properly map your facility for wireless connectivity for the handheld mobile scanning computers to verify functionality throughout all areas where they will be utilized. What problems is Aptean Food & Beverage ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to properly allocate raw materials to finished product and then backflush unused raw materials at the end of a production run automatically. Cost accounting is much easier than it was in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most is the full integration with Microsoft Office and also OData request wich gave us the easy possibility to connect to the database and always have access to an accurate Data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
