A huge amount of work was put in by the Prima team in understanding our business and tailoring our ERP system not only to our market but specifically to our business. Prima is fundamental to all aspects of our business and we believe that it gives us the edge over our competitors. The simplicity of Prima to use has enabled us to train new members of staff in a short amount of time to the point where they not only become profricient but excel in using it. For which we are very greatful. We beleve that the Prima staff are great to work with across the board. Whether that be at a support, professional services, development project management or account management level. We always feel like the staff we deal with are dedicated to providing us with the best solution to any given scenario. Prima staff are always very good at explaining issues and fixes to us. With a broad base of staff we are happy that things are explained in a way that makes sure we are happy with and fully understand what is going on. If there are ever any issues Prima are always willing to listen and work with us. We feel like a valued customer. **What do you dislike about Aptean Apparel ERP Prima Edition?** At time is can be tricky to keep a real time track of how many support hours we are using against our begeted spend. It would be great to see some form of running total against each ticket we create. This would also give us an great indication on our biggest spend areas and where we might need extra training either internally or externally. **What problems is Aptean Apparel ERP Prima Edition solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the main things that Pirma provides for us that other ERP systems could not is the ability of have stock held at multiple levels and allows us to embellish at once.
