It’s not just about storing data; it builds dynamic customer profiles that collect data across all touchpoints and updates in real time. The automatic data unification and deduplication save me from manual cleanup and keep our profiles enriched with real-time interactions. I also find the cross-team accessibility super useful since it allows everyone to access the same profiles, preventing conflicting data and making collaboration easier. Plus, I love the customizable profile fields feature because it enables us to align profiles with our specific business goals. No native integration with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)—we have to manually export APSIS One data to CSV and import it into our BI platform to build custom business reports for executives, which is time-consuming and leads to stale data. Basic cohort analysis (e.g., “engagement rates for customers acquired in Q1 2026 vs. Q2 2026”) is clunky and requires manual data sorting—there’s no built-in cohort builder for easy retention/behavior analysis.
