Apromore is and incredible versatile and useful in segmenting and analyzing every aspect of a process. It is particularly user friendly as it is not necessary to write even a single line of code to extract and transform the data needed to produce the process discovery. Even building dashboards is completely no-code. With just a simple button click, you can isolate and analyze a wide range of paths involved in a specific activity or evaluate process performance by removing a specific activity. Bottle neks and loops can be easily identified by switching to the graphical interface. Using BPMN model we can simulate a what-if scenario and compare it to the Best of Breed.

Apromore is a very powerful but still easy to use Process Mining application. It's ability to connect with any source system and pull in any process data makes it quite versatile. Ability to combine different data models in a single analysis allows developing end-to-end process visibility across an entire value stream—easy user rights management (Segregation of Duty) by workspace or analysis. Building dashboards is also straightforward. With some preparation work, one can deploy dashboards into usage within minutes instead of hours/ weeks. Training courses and training material were easy to access and were well built, with every step clearly outlined to load in data and build dashboards. Nothing so far, a good addition would be out of the box analysis templates within Apromore that can be used for some common use cases. With its discovery capabilities in BPMN 2.0 notation, descriptive statistics, compliance analysis, animation, and process simulation, it facilitates and speeds up the addition of value to analysts/managers / process owners by using logs within their own systems and/or third parties thanks to its connectors and ETL functionality.
