"Much Better Way to Manage and Share Assets for BK team"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

As a marketing person, I constantly have to share asset with sales teams and multiple internal stakeholders. Aprimo has become a true centralized place for me to manage everything. All assets and links are available in one place, so I dont have to dig through emails, multiple spreadsheets, SharePoint folders, or old chat threads to find what I’m looking for.

Because everything is organized, my day-to-day work feels much more sorted and efficient. Sharing the right assets quickly is no longer a challenge, and it saves a lot of time for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

It can feel overwhelming in the beginning, especially when it comes to onboarding and getting all stakeholders on board. Convincing everyone to move to a new system takes more effort, and the initial setup and learning phase can feel heavy.

That said, once you start using it regularly, things become smoother. A more intuitive UI and guided product tours would really help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Asset Management, Needs Browser Enhancement"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like that searching for files with Aprimo is no longer a hassle. I can do that very easily. Sharing, taking feedback, and giving approvals are seamlessly done. I also appreciate the integrations Aprimo offers, as it integrates with major tools like Salesforce, which is our CRM. This integration helps with setting up all of those tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

I think the browser extensions could use some work, which would be super helpful. In terms of asset level, it goes too much into the granular levels, making it a little difficult for a layman user. But if the person is from audit and able to understand, then for them, it makes all the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Marketing Management with Room for Setup Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I use Aprimo for digital asset management and marketing operations. It helps our team store and organize brand assets in one place, which makes files easy to find and keeps them consistent across campaigns. I personally use it to manage workflows and for marketing projects. Aprimo solves the issue of scattered files and unclear workflows by keeping all marketing elements in a single location. What I most like is having all marketing assets and workflows in one place. I also find the filter features helpful, as they make finding the right asset quicker. Additionally, I like the approval and version control features because they reduce errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Some parts of Aprimo can feel complex at first, especially for new users. I find it difficult to set up, and configuration takes time. The setup process could be easier with clear step-by-step guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Marketing Assets, Needs Template Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I really like that Aprimo acts as a central hub for operations and helps manage our global marketing efforts, especially when it comes to asset management. The intelligent search and tagging features are great as they make sure our teams can easily reuse assets, reducing extra work. It also eliminates file displacement and the need for constant revision, which is a huge relief when dealing with supplier inquiries. The tool makes sense out of the often chaotic pool of assets created by the design team. The design team specifically enjoys the smart functions like cropping and automated resizing of assets, which is far more efficient. Overall, Aprimo ensures everyone knows where the files are and makes them easily accessible across all departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

The standard templates need revision; they are very limited. If you want a specific calendar view or a detailed dashboard, you're better off using Power BI. Also, the migration part was long. Moving all our assets to Aprimo took the whole team over a couple of weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Aprimo is a lifesaver for digital asset management."
5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

Aprimo is a solid choice for teams that need serious structure around digital assets and marketing operations. It really shines when it comes to organizing, tagging, and governing content at scale. Once everything is set up properly, it becomes much easier to find assets, maintain brand consistency, and keep teams aligned across regions and departments. My department uses it almost daily. Customer support has been fabulous any time we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

The platform is powerful, but it comes with a learning curve especially for new users or smaller teams without dedicated admins. Configuration and onboarding take time but it is worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Features, but Setup Takes Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like how smart the search feature is in Aprimo. It feels like magic because I can find a photo just by typing what is in it. I appreciate how it manages workflow and tells people when it is their turn to work, so no one gets confused. Its capability to hide old files is great because it keeps the team from making big mistakes. I'm also impressed with how it speeds up the process, helping teams get ads out the door much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

It's a bit too hard with too many buttons, making new users get lost and needing help to learn it. It takes a long time to set up, and you can't use it right away. It costs a lot, so only big firms can pay for it. Sometimes the site can be a bit slow, especially when you have a lot of files. Some parts of the site look old and are hard to use. "A tidy and well-structured platform for marketing departments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

Aprimo makes daily work much easier by centralizing all marketing tasks and content. Seeing who is in charge of each step and the status of projects is beneficial. The platform saves time because it eliminates the need to switch between tools by centralizing files, feedback, and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

When you're first using the system, some areas of the interface seem a little crowded. Some features are not immediately apparent, so it takes some time to understand them. If it could process large content libraries a bit more quickly, that would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

One challenge with Aprimo is that, like many advanced platforms, it comes with a learning curve for new users. At the same time, that learning curve reflects the depth of its capabilities and can create real opportunities for professional growth as you become more comfortable with the system. I like using Aprimo because it serves as a crucial source of truth for ensuring that the growth and sales teams always have access to the current marketing assets and messaging. The AI-powered metadata and content intelligence in Aprimo transform my daily workflow from manual asset management to a high-speed go-to-market engine. Its workflow automation eliminates the need for searching through different folders for the updated version or the source of truth. It also automates approval loops for LinkedIn campaigns, making our processes more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Onboarding new team members or setting up a new workflow can feel non-intuitive and time-consuming as it is so feature-heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Central Hub with Impressive AI Functionality, But Setup Pains"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I love how Aprimo basically acts as the central nervous system for everything. It's the one place everyone goes to. I also appreciate the AI search function. It makes it easier to find files. The AI search function allows me to speak in normal language, just like chatting with an AI, to find files. If I want to find a picture but don't remember the name, I can give a description and the AI knows what to pull up, which is very neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

It was challenging to set up in the first place. And the ramp up takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
