Old assets are not deactivated. Communication needs to be done when deactivations are prcessed, as the asset itself is somewhere out there and also should be eliminated. We need to know how to cooperate with ProductsUp directly. e.g. We have the assets here, but how to bring them to the dealers/retailers specially ecom. There is so much room for improvement. This is the solution we've been looking for. When syndicating and needing a large group of image URLs, the past "right-click" one at a time, was SO time-consuming! Now, it's a breeze. Some features can be clubbed into simpler sections for simple tasks. Brett was a great trainer and very patient with our sometimes many questions and discussions from the start. We love the ease of searching and so far the consumer level users are getting the hang of it - we are excited to continue to grow and customize the DAM. **What do you dislike about Aprimo?** It can be confusing from an Admin standpoint - I am one of the two admins and just completed the Aprimo Academy Admin training. (yay!) I think there are some parts of it (like the coding bits) that I will have to rely on help for, but don't forsee us having a ton of issues there - our use case is pretty simple. I did find some of the Academy videos a little slow, but I know how hard those are to record, so totally understandable. **What problems is Aprimo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have had assets in multiple locations for years - some on a drive that Mac users can't access on the company network. things are in OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive - so much content spread across the internet that it was very hard to find and use items effeciently.
