It is a great tool to receive and acknowledge feedback, feedback is easy to read and easy to understand, and it is a great tool to make work efficient, understand processes, and be a better professional. Provides easy access, is highly customizable, and easy to make changes, also the support is amazing. One of the best features is to store the feedback in one place, because it is always nice to go back and check cases were you made mistakes and see all in one place. I could not think of something I dislike about this software, maybe the one issue is that users might not have access to all data to make changes to the same unless you are an administrator. Feedback is easy to read, however, sometimes when it redirects to the actual case problem, it takes a long time to load, and sometimes it does not load at all. Maybe it is just for me, but this issue is sometimes annoying. But no major complaint with the site, because it is very amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The little downside is how the dispute workflow performs, in which not always the feedback author gets the actual comments from the feedback receiver. The reports however do show the full interactions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
