Upside is that they have good customer support, they will really try to help you with any issue regarding their service usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the service they are offering. For instance, they provide support for the app we have built on their platform. We have taken their best deal, negotiated the price and when we took it, the service was really bad. App functionalities simply break without us doing anything. Ease of integration and ease of use are overshadowed by the fact that almost every day things crash without us doing anything. And to top it off, they offer us another deal for 2400€ per year for server fee, that didn't existed before, to migrate and maintain our one app because of recent google policies, and if we refuse to take it, they will simply shut our app down.
