I like the vast range of features it offers. It compounds many different usabilities and I don't have to switch between a few different ASO tools to find what I need. It has a very friendly UI and a lot of different options that are well organized and presented intuitively which is a great pro. I'm also very happy with customer service which is very helpful and responsive. I love many of its features like store preview, and notifications for any type of featuring my app has. Recent changes in UI caused some confusion (at least in the beginning) as I couldn't find the "analytics" tab which is one of the most used by me (previously this section was visible at first glance). Another thing that I dislike is that usually there is data missing in the ratings section. When I look at ratings over time, there are blank weeks without any data which is disappointing. The rate of innovation within the platform is fantastic. In addition to this, the team there are super proactive and always keen for feedback for improvements within the platform. It pulls all relevant console information into one space, helping you view the data across apps, OS's and countries holistically. Switching back and forth between apps/consoles is time consuming, so this helps so much. Additionally, the implementation of AI tools is super impressive and helpful with forecasting and analysis of competitors. The one thing I have issues relatively often is API/Integration issues (mostly iOS) where there is an unexpected error and I can't view the analytics. But I do reach out to customer support on this and get feedback/help quickly, so that is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- We get very detailed information about the market, a good overview of the comparison with the competition (metadata updates, visibility, keywords, ranking, rating, etc.).

I like the different ASO tools that AppTweak offers, from keyword research to analyzing competition and getting estimations.
