What do you like best about Appspace?

As an SME, i work with several SaaS solutions; adding Appspace and becoming knowledgeable on the topic was a lot of fun and rewarding: some solutions "come easy to you" - like this one. With it being easy to embrace for myself, i belief the same applies for end users: very user friendly UI for content creators and other types of end user and an abundant support for different hardware solution providers for different use cases such as integration of streaming IP-TV or more complex multi-screen setups - there is virtually a solution for every challenge you throw at it across the spectrum of digital signage, employee communications, space management and intranet services.

In addition, it has a good variety of (backend) integrations with other solutions such as Google's calendaring or sheets, Microsoft's calendaring, PowerBI or Teams and other solution providers for different use cases with no immediate big integrations absent all built on a (seemingly) well scalable platform.

What do you dislike about Appspace?

Some of the UI elements and workflows have been present for a longer time already, and although working well, with UX design (principles) so rapidly evolving, feel a bit dated by now and could use an overhaul/refresh with up to date UX design principles applied to keep the experience virtually effortless. What do you like best about Appspace?

I like being able to see if a specific person is in the office, it makes it easier for us to locate and book. I like the reminders to check in, I can reserve a room for future avents. It gives the user the ability to manage seating capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appspace?

There could be more ability to restrict bookings, I would love to see more features include in the system. Te maps could be a bit easier to use, it is a bit difficult to read a view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appspace?

Appspace is easy to use, its interface is easy to understand and use. You can easily navigate through any step with ease and best for use within the company. Also, the user interface looks appealing. I like the Appspace app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appspace?

What do you like best about Appspace?

I like it From setup to daily use, the interface is intuitive and didn't require much time to master. It also makes my daily work easier because employees don't need to spend too much time looking for available stations where they can work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appspace?

I just wish there was an option to book the same seat twice a day. Aside from the Report Pull not being available - the visual in the Reports section were nice and very informative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appspace?

I like the features of the app, it is easy to use, it is highly recommended for all companies with a large number of employees. It helps to monitor the unit you use while you are away, I like the ability to set schedules in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appspace?

What do you like best about Appspace?

I love the booking features that allows us to see our needs, it has been instrumental in easing the administrative burden on the team. There are a lot of help and support resources available, it offers an easy to use solution for booking spaces. I like how intuitive and easy the too is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appspace?

One of reason why Appspace is very valuable for our office space management is their easy navigation on the dashboard interface to view room booking information, desk booking, and office space usage which all this information insights is displayed on the main page. All booking process is handled by users themself, it has significantly reduce office admin manual task and save time. Integration with Microsoft Office give features flexibility and more work can be done under one controller. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appspace?

Double booking for same room problem when the system input isn't synchoronized in real time and let other user to make the same room booking. It would be better if after the system is sync, it will give error to both booking so we can solve the problem manually before the meeting time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appspace?

I like Having a personalized map, with all the space of you office well defined and managed by the system is amazing. It also gives me an excellent interface, easy-to-use style, possibility to choose a place a few months in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appspace?

What do you like best about Appspace?
